I just can't believe that summer is about to end. IT'S TOO SHORT!!! Well, anyway I could tell you what I've done so far this summer. First, I spent four great weeks in Germany as part of a school sponsered exchange program. The flight leaving SFO to Paris was pretty good, but I couldn't sleep a lot and the next flight to Berlin was where I slept for a majority of the flight. Once we got off the flight, the 10 Americans got on a bus and left for Halle an der Saale (aka our partner city). We stayed in Halle for 3 weeks with our host families and then we had five extra days (one in which we stayed in Regensburg and the next four days we were in Munich). I took plenty of pictures, so that was good. During this month, I have to go for a week-long session on economics and government in Oakland ( a good way to prepare for AP Econ) and then a surprise party for my friends. Finally, I have to go back to school on the 28th, which is way too soon.
